In the automation of paper-making,for the reason of technology and economics,it is very difficult to directly measure some important variable such as beating degree by sensors.
針對制漿造紙自動(dòng)控制中打漿度的測量問題,提出采用基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的軟測量技術(shù)進(jìn)行打漿度測量,用BP算法建立了打漿度軟測量的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,給出了神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建模的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。
The results show that the beating degree of the pulp decreases 3°SR,the drainability of the pulp and the smoothness of the paper sheet are improved.
結(jié)果表明:紙漿的打漿度下降3°SR,濾水性能得到提高,漿張平滑度得到改善。
