　　只限新加坡公民與永久居民或外籍人士。

　　二、所需材料

　　1、完成伊頓申請(qǐng)表

　　2、簽署的條款及條件的形式

　　3、報(bào)名費(fèi)1500元

　　4、兩張護(hù)照尺寸的照片

　　5、母親的護(hù)照（復(fù)印件）

　　6、父親的護(hù)照（復(fù)印件）

　　7、孩子的護(hù)照復(fù)印件

　　8、兒童的免疫接種記錄

　　三、注意事項(xiàng)

　　所需材料可通過(guò)郵件或者快遞方式發(fā)送。

　　注冊(cè)后，你的孩子將配發(fā)一類的生效日期，或放在等待名單的伊頓。你的孩子開(kāi)始在伊頓之前，確認(rèn)將發(fā)送給您。我們將很樂(lè)意圍繞伊頓顯示您和您的家人，您的工作人員介紹，并盡可能地給你的孩子解釋。
