Through investigation of some middle school principals knowledge of the connotation and the evaluation of "famous principal" and the expectation of the prospect and way of training to become "famous principal",we make clear of their state of mind to become famous,and put forward some suggestions to solve the problems in their growth.

本論文由四個(gè)部分組成:第一部分,主要介紹了選題背景及初級(jí)(中學(xué))校長(zhǎng)激勵(lì)研究的重大意義,分析了目前校長(zhǎng)激勵(lì)研究現(xiàn)狀,提出了本課題的研究思路與方法;第二部分,提出了研究初級(jí)(中學(xué))校長(zhǎng)激勵(lì)的理論基礎(chǔ),從心理學(xué)理論、學(xué)校管理理論、人力資本理論、委托——代理理論及激勵(lì)理論五個(gè)角度分析和論述了對(duì)校長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行激勵(lì)的重要性,為初級(jí)(中學(xué))校長(zhǎng)激勵(lì)體系的構(gòu)建提供理論指導(dǎo);第三部分,通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,了解了校長(zhǎng)滿意度及影響校長(zhǎng)工作積極性的因素,分析了初級(jí)(中學(xué))校長(zhǎng)激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀和初級(jí)(中學(xué))校長(zhǎng)的需要,并探討和分析了初級(jí)(中學(xué))校長(zhǎng)激勵(lì)障礙的三個(gè)主要原因;第四部分,提出初級(jí)(中學(xué))校長(zhǎng)激勵(lì)策略,針對(duì)初級(jí)(中學(xué))校長(zhǎng)的需要特點(diǎn)并結(jié)合研究校長(zhǎng)激勵(lì)的理論基礎(chǔ)提出了初級(jí)(中學(xué))校長(zhǎng)激勵(lì)的原則、校長(zhǎng)激勵(lì)模型、校長(zhǎng)激勵(lì)措施與方法。
