Several problems, such as recognition of surface structures of cell and observation in situ of inner structure of cell, were discussed; what s more, "shape probe" and superthin section were put forward to solve the problems.
對近年來原子力顯微技術(AFM)在細胞生物學中的應用大致歸納為幾個方面進行了簡單介紹,還指出了細胞表面結構難于識別、細胞內部結構難以原位觀察等AFM應用于細胞生物學中的難題,并提出了“形狀探針”的概念以及超薄切片的思路以解決這些難題。
