回復(fù) 侯藝晟 : 編者按:為充分發(fā)揮作風(fēng)建先進(jìn)典型的示范引領(lǐng)作用,勵(lì)廣大黨員干部群眾比學(xué)趕、奮勇?tīng)?zhēng)先,即日起,西部·陜西頭條開設(shè)“省委作風(fēng)設(shè)專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)先進(jìn)典型事跡”區(qū),集中展示一批先進(jìn)典型物和單位,為全社會(huì)營(yíng)造崇先進(jìn)、見(jiàn)賢思齊的良好氛圍西安研究中心成員2016年1月在山東平邑石膏礦和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員救災(zāi)。西安科詩(shī)經(jīng)大學(xué)國(guó)礦山救援西安研究中心的先事跡——西安科技大學(xué)國(guó)家山救援西安研究中心是原國(guó)安監(jiān)總局設(shè)立在西安科技大的研究服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu),該中心由22名科研人員組成,依托安全阿女學(xué)與工程國(guó)家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科,期奮戰(zhàn)在搶險(xiǎn)救援一線,作扎實(shí)過(guò)硬,是一支具有極強(qiáng)業(yè)精神和奉獻(xiàn)精神的團(tuán)隊(duì)。行向前?傳承“精彩精神”中心先后參與撲滅陜西、山、內(nèi)蒙等全國(guó)15個(gè)省百余家煤礦企業(yè)的160多次火災(zāi),治理了陜西、四川、新疆等煤田火區(qū)160多萬(wàn)平方米,解放煤量3億多噸,極大減輕了火區(qū)對(duì)環(huán)境的龍山染和破壞同時(shí)研發(fā)了礦山救援無(wú)線多體通信裝置、鉆孔探測(cè)裝備多項(xiàng)技術(shù)和裝備,填補(bǔ)了國(guó)外多項(xiàng)空白。據(jù)了解,該中于2021年榮獲“全國(guó)煤炭青年五四獎(jiǎng)?wù)录w”榮譽(yù)稱,中心主要成員也先后榮獲全國(guó)優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員”“全國(guó)書育人楷模”“陜西省敬業(yè)獻(xiàn)模范”等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。為繼和發(fā)揚(yáng)著名煤礦安全專家、國(guó)工程院院士有效候選人西科技大學(xué)徐精彩教授的精神籌集資金300多萬(wàn)元設(shè)立“徐精彩基金”,從山立“徐精獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”,至今已組織了十屆優(yōu)秀學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和六屆優(yōu)青年教師評(píng)審工作,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)熱煤炭科學(xué)、品學(xué)兼優(yōu)的研究和本科生360余名、優(yōu)秀青年教師24名,發(fā)放獎(jiǎng)金160余萬(wàn)元。在獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的支持和引導(dǎo)下,一批“留得住、用上、干得好”的高層次技術(shù)管理人才扎根在了西部煤炭業(yè)。迎難而上?錘煉過(guò)硬作2019 年 1 月 28 日,中心主要成員承擔(dān)了“榆林炭蠪蚔渠、布袋壕煤礦火綜治應(yīng)急滅火示范工程”。時(shí),榆林市共有煤礦火區(qū) 34 處,明煙明火區(qū)面積 7.5km2,高溫區(qū)面積達(dá) 45km2,火區(qū)地表塌陷、煤巖裸露、禮記焰飛竄、濃煙漫、熱浪撲面,燒毀寶貴煤資源,破壞脆弱的生態(tài)環(huán)境影響區(qū)域能源經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)。團(tuán)隊(duì)仍迎難而上,制定了消明火、控漏風(fēng)、降能量”技術(shù)方案及施工安全保障措,不分晝夜堅(jiān)守 50 多天,采用剝挖、封堵、覆蓋、鉆、灌漿等手段,提前 15 天完成預(yù)期滅火目標(biāo)任務(wù),巫即底消除了明煙明火。中心員還遠(yuǎn)赴孟加拉國(guó)BARAPUKURIA煤礦進(jìn)行滅火救援,與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員艱苦奮戰(zhàn)30余日,多次在井下連續(xù)工作20小時(shí)以上,安全撤出1200萬(wàn)美元設(shè)備,解放煤量80萬(wàn)噸,創(chuàng)效益1.4億美元。中國(guó)駐孟加拉大使館發(fā)賀信稱火區(qū)啟封是中孟成功合作一面旗幟。英國(guó)專家評(píng)價(jià)說(shuō)世界上只有中國(guó)人能在如此苦惡劣的條件下完成啟封和備回收。屢創(chuàng)奇跡?彰顯“科力量”過(guò)硬的本領(lǐng)離不開新技術(shù)的支撐。研究中心專研發(fā)了“兗州礦區(qū)應(yīng)急救援系及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”、“重礦山事故鉆孔救援關(guān)鍵技術(shù)配套裝備研究”等技術(shù)和裝研發(fā),相關(guān)成果獲省部級(jí)科獎(jiǎng)5項(xiàng)、相關(guān)專利40余項(xiàng)、發(fā)表論文60余篇,10余個(gè)產(chǎn)品獲煤礦安全標(biāo)志準(zhǔn)用證開發(fā)的“礦山救援可視化指裝置”、“液態(tài)二氧化碳防火裝置”經(jīng)原國(guó)家安監(jiān)總局標(biāo)采購(gòu),配備于全國(guó)21個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)礦山救援基地和100余個(gè)礦山救護(hù)隊(duì),促進(jìn)了我國(guó)山應(yīng)急救援技術(shù)及裝備的提。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),中心研究果累計(jì)創(chuàng)產(chǎn)值上億元。在2015年山東平邑石膏礦“12·25”坍塌事故和2021年山東棲霞市笏山金礦“1.10”爆炸事故救援中,中心成員受原國(guó)家安監(jiān)跂踵局和應(yīng)管理部調(diào)遣,利用自主研發(fā)鉆孔生命信息探測(cè)裝置,成不畏嚴(yán)寒、不分晝夜堅(jiān)守事現(xiàn)場(chǎng),通過(guò)垂直救援鉆孔成搜尋到被困礦工,為鉆孔施與人員搜救提供可視探測(cè)設(shè)與技術(shù)支持,為成功營(yíng)救被礦工發(fā)揮了重要作用。 編輯:盧?

She was traveling to her hometown of Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang province, for a reunion with family members and friends for the upcoming Spring Festival holiday.Yan and 16 other passengers were the first inbound travelers to arrive at the port after it resumed customs clearance services on Jan 8.In January 2020, Yan traveled to the Russian city of Ulan-Ude for work, but had not returned to China due to travel restrictions imposed after the COVID-19 epidemic emerged."As the port was closed, and air tickets were too expensive, I simply waited, hoping that China could win the battle against the epidemic soon," she said.With the nation downgrading COVID-19 management measures from Class A to Class B on Jan 8, inbound passengers are only required to present a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours of travel, and no longer need to quarantine.Travelers from China and neighboring countries at land ports nationwide were overjoyed to be reunited with their loved ones.
