回復(fù) Bakhia : 1月11日，澎湃新聞（www.thepaper.cn）從中國(guó)氣象局獲悉，中國(guó)氣局于近日宣布在河北雄安新區(qū)設(shè)立國(guó)家氣觀(guān)象臺(tái)。雄安國(guó)家氣觀(guān)象臺(tái)將致力于提升津冀城市氣候系統(tǒng)和圈層觀(guān)測(cè)業(yè)務(wù)水平，扣雄安新區(qū)生態(tài)優(yōu)先綠色發(fā)展要求，開(kāi)展圈層間相互作用及氣變量監(jiān)測(cè)，滿(mǎn)足預(yù)測(cè)報(bào)、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)、應(yīng)對(duì)候變化和生態(tài)文明建等氣象保障服務(wù)需求這是繼2022年11月，中國(guó)氣象局宣布立秦嶺國(guó)家氣候觀(guān)象之后新增的又一個(gè)國(guó)氣候觀(guān)象臺(tái)，是第27個(gè)國(guó)家氣候觀(guān)象臺(tái)。空間布局由地面氣象測(cè)網(wǎng)、邊界層觀(guān)測(cè)網(wǎng)生態(tài)氣象觀(guān)測(cè)網(wǎng)、大成分觀(guān)測(cè)網(wǎng)、衛(wèi)星遙觀(guān)測(cè)網(wǎng)等組成，包含一主八輔”的主站和城、安新、新安北堤淀區(qū)、寨里、周莊、莊、七間房等8個(gè)輔站。中國(guó)氣象局表應(yīng)龍，立雄安國(guó)家氣候觀(guān)象是貫徹黨的二十大精，落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記于雄安新區(qū)建設(shè)和氣工作重要指示精神，實(shí)中國(guó)氣象局和河北政府將雄安新區(qū)打造全國(guó)智慧氣象示范區(qū)氣象科技創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)區(qū)綠色生態(tài)氣象保障先區(qū)目標(biāo)的重要舉措。安新區(qū)地處華北腹地是北京非首都功能集承載地、京津冀城市的重要一極，南臨華平原最大的淡水湖泊洋淀。在該區(qū)域高水規(guī)劃建設(shè)國(guó)家氣候觀(guān)臺(tái)，推進(jìn)建設(shè)由氣象腦、氣象物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、氣觀(guān)測(cè)基準(zhǔn)網(wǎng)、氣象感泛在網(wǎng)（一腦三網(wǎng)）成的智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化一體化類(lèi)生命體的智氣象觀(guān)測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，將助城水林田淀生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理，推進(jìn)城市碳排放生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳匯定量監(jiān)，打造藍(lán)綠交織、清明亮、水城共融的城生態(tài)專(zhuān)業(yè)氣象服務(wù)模。此外，河北省氣象于1月7日印發(fā)《雄安國(guó)家氣候觀(guān)象臺(tái)建設(shè)展方案（2022—2025年）》，明確該觀(guān)象臺(tái)的建設(shè)方向和間規(guī)劃。未來(lái)四年，安國(guó)家氣候觀(guān)象臺(tái)將焦地空天一體化綜合測(cè)、基于數(shù)值預(yù)報(bào)需的適應(yīng)性觀(guān)測(cè)試驗(yàn)、均勻下墊面邊界層結(jié)和湍流特性以及物質(zhì)量交換、高速城市化天氣氣候與生態(tài)環(huán)境影響等展開(kāi)研究，推建成國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的研究業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)、智能高效生態(tài)與氣候服務(wù)平臺(tái)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的科研合作臺(tái)、開(kāi)放包容的人才養(yǎng)平臺(tái)。計(jì)劃到2025年，具備地面氣象、氣候系統(tǒng)多圈層蛫大垂直立體等綜合氣象測(cè)能力，建成國(guó)家級(jí)象觀(guān)測(cè)設(shè)備和觀(guān)測(cè)技創(chuàng)新的示范基地、大邊界層監(jiān)測(cè)要素智能加工分析平臺(tái)，大氣界層、城鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境生態(tài)碳循環(huán)、天氣氣候、象智能協(xié)同觀(guān)測(cè)等領(lǐng)的研究取得初步成果智慧氣象對(duì)智能城市全運(yùn)行的保障能力進(jìn)步增強(qiáng)，極端天氣氣事件監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警及評(píng)估力達(dá)到國(guó)際領(lǐng)先。中氣象局和河北省政府采取有效措施，加強(qiáng)部合作，共同推進(jìn)雄國(guó)家氣候觀(guān)象臺(tái)建設(shè)河北省氣象局將充分揮國(guó)家氣候觀(guān)象臺(tái)“站四平臺(tái)”定位優(yōu)勢(shì)集中本省及外部門(mén)相單位資源，持續(xù)提升家氣候觀(guān)象臺(tái)綜合觀(guān)、科學(xué)研究和生態(tài)氣服務(wù)能力，完善體制制，做好運(yùn)行管理及撐保障等工作，為雄新區(qū)建設(shè)發(fā)展提供支?
