對(duì)于奧布莉（愛(ài)波·塔布琳 Amber Tamblyn 飾）來(lái)說(shuō)，姐姐凱倫（莎拉·米歇爾·蓋拉 Sarah Michelle Gellar 飾）的死充滿了疑點(diǎn)。兩年前，凱倫遠(yuǎn)赴日本求學(xué)，不久之后奧布莉一家就收到了凱倫被關(guān)入精神病院的噩耗，而現(xiàn)在，曾經(jīng)善良美麗的姐姐已經(jīng)變成了一具冰冷的尸體。奧布莉堅(jiān)信其中必有古怪，因此，她和專門(mén)報(bào)道靈異事件的記者伊森（陳冠希 飾）聯(lián)手，對(duì)老房子中的咒怨展開(kāi)了調(diào)查。
